Skills that replace struggle
Behavior Therapy
Using applied behaviour analysis we teach functional skills and reduce behaviours that get in the way of learning — always by understanding why a behaviour happens first.

How it works
Inside the therapy
01
Functional behaviour assessment
We observe and record to identify what triggers and maintains a behaviour, before any plan is written.
02
Individual ABA programs
Structured skill-building broken into achievable steps, with data tracked every single session.
03
Social skills groups
Small peer groups where turn-taking, sharing and conversation are practised in a real social setting.
04
Parent training
Consistency makes behaviour change stick, so we train families to run the plan confidently at home.
